The Practice Team & Their Qualifications

Dr George Rothnie Dentist BDS - GDC number: 51288 George Qualified from Edinburgh in 1977 and has been in Corby ever since. He has special interests in Orthodontics - both here at Elizabeth Street and at Kettering Hospital,and Mentoring. George is a Foundation Dentist Trainer introducing new graduates into general practice. George enjoys watching football, gardening and looking after his chickens.

Dr Kevin Atkinson Dentist BDS - GDC number: 50942 Kevin qualified from Edinburgh in 1977 and has worked in Corby ever since apart from a spell in the Middle East and Brunei. Joined George as a partner in 1992. Kevin is the Dental Tutor for Northamptonshire - involved with the continual professional development of all the local dentists. He has a special interest in Restorative Dentistry especially implants. Other interests include Golf and swimming.

Mrs Anne Lee Hygienist Qualified in 1983 and has worked with us since 1997.Her special interests include cosmetic dentistry and implants working with both the dentist and patient to help ensure the best possible result.

Mrs Sarah Mayne Practice Manager Sarah gained the National Certificate in 1992 she has been at the Practice since 1995. Sarah has qualifications in Oral Health Education, fluoride application,Dental Radiography and more recently gained a level 3 Certificate in first line management through ilm. Sarah has an interest in finance and other interests are running, horses,walking her dog and spending time with her family.

Mrs Catherine Wintersgill Dental Nurse Catherine joined us in 1990and has gone on to gain qualifications in Oral Health Education,Conscious Sedation, fluoride application and Dental Radiography. She is also an Assessor for NVQ dental nursing. Catherine has an interest in oral surgery and enjoys the great outdoors!

Mrs Rachel Harman Dental Receptionist Rachel started working at the practice in 1999 and holds qualifications in Oral Health Education and Dental Radiography. Rachel is very much a people person and enjoys customer service. Her hobbies include photography, music, cooking and walking.

Mrs Linda Gadsby Practice Manager Linda has been with us since 1988, she is a qualified nurse and has further qualifications in radiography and more recently a level 3 certificate in first line management through ilm. Linda enjoys managing the NHS contract and pilot schemes, her hobbies include making ceramics, music and spending time with the family.

Mrs Lynne Gibbons Practice Manager Lynne qualified in 1992 and has been at the Practice since 1997. Lynne is a qualified nurse and recently has gained a level 3 certificate in first line management through ilm. Lynne enjoys ensuring that the practice complies with all policies concerning the CQC. Lynne likes reading, walking her dog and spending time with her family.

Miss Joanne Stockall Dental Nurse Jo has been at the Practice since 2002 working with Manjit. She holds qualifications in Oral Health Education and Dental Radiography also fluoride application. Jo has taken the lead in implementing and monitoring all aspects of our cross infection protocols (HTM01-05). Her hobbies include cooking, reading, especially history and music.

Dr Manjit Bains Dentist BDS England - GDC number: 80856 Qulified from Birmingham in 2002and has worked here at the Practice since August the same year. Manjit has a special interest in Resorative Dentistry. Hobbies include music and reading.

Miss Kelly-Anne Reeds Receptionist

Mrs Sandra Wright Dental Nurse Sandra qualified in Germany in 1993 and has been with us for several years now. Sandra also has qualifiactions in dental radiography and fluoride application. Sandra enjoys cosmetic dentistry, implants and orthodontics. Her hobbies include eating out and travelling.

Mrs Jane Baines Dental Nurse Jane joined the practice in 2007, as well as being a qualified nurse Jane holds a certificate in dental radiography. Janes has an interest in implants and cosmetic dentistry. Her hobbies include helping out with the scouts.

Mr Robert Wardle Dentist BDS Bristol - GDC number: 112745 Robert has been with us since August 2007. He has an interest in cosmetic dentistry and his hobby is golf.

Mrs Victoria Chandler Therapist/Hygienist Victoria has worked at the practcie for many years, she has an interest in periodontal treatment and also enjoys treating children. Her hobbies include cooking and spending time with the family.

Mrs Elzbieta Kolodziejska Dentist LD (Warsaw) 1994 - GDC number: 85575 Ela joined us in 2006 and has become an integral part of the team. Ela enjoys cosmetic treatments

Miss Susan Parker Dental Nurse Susan qualified as a dental nurse in 2008, she also has certificates in dental radiography and oral health education. Susan recently gained a level 5 mentoring qualification from Northampton University, her interests are oral surgery and cosmetics. Susan enjoys Zumba, horse racing, dog walking and travel.

Miss Caroline Grant Dentist BDS(Cardiff) - GDC number: 176720 Caroline has joined our team on 1st August 2009 having graduated from Cardiff University

Miss Lorna Hale Dental Nurse Lorna qualified in 1998, she also holds an NVQ level 3 in chairside support in minor oral surgery. Lorna is the nominated first aider at the practice, her interests are oral surgery and Lorna also enjoys treating children. Her hobbies include reading, walking, going to the cinema, eating out and spending time with the family.

Miss Amanda Fletcher Dental Nurse Amanda is a qualified dental nurse, she also holds a certificate in dental radiography. Her interests include cosmetic dentistry and her hobbies are going to the gym, running, eating out and socializing with friends.

Miss Stacey Rae Receptionist Stacey is a receptionist at the practice, she has an NVQ level 2 business administration qualification and has seven years experience. Stacey enjoys music and socializing with friends.

Miss Jude Richmond Scrub Nurse Jude started working at the practice in April 2011,she works in our decontamination suite ensuring that the practice has the highest standards in sterilization. Her hobbies are fitness, travel and socializing.

Miss Georgina Williams Dental Receptionist Georgina started working at the practice in June 2011. Georgina is a qualified dental nurse, her hobbies include reading, going to the cinema and socializing with friends.

Mr Govind Dhaliwal Dentist BDS Manchester, 2011 - GDC number: 211252 Govind joined the team in August 2011. He has an interest in cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. His hobbies include golf, football, reading, music and walking his dog.

miss Emma Bugby Dental Nurse Emma joined us after leaving school. She is currently studying to gain the national certificate in dental nursing and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Emma enjoys going to the gym and has an interest in further study relating to dentistry.
